URUGUAY

Advancements in information technology in recent years have created new opportunities for economic growth in many countries. Based on this global trend, this project aims to stimulate the growth of information and communication technology (ICT) in Uruguay by promoting the creation of new companies in the sector through an incubation system that reduces the risks inherent to business startups.
