EL SALVADOR

In El Salvador, tourism is one of the industries with the most potential for development.  In the municipality of San Luis Herradura, on the Pacific coast, 60 SMEs in the tourism sector have partnered to join forces, creating a co-branded and became from competitors to partners.

  • The project has benefited 68 Sees in the tourist area of Costa del Sol in El Salvador.
  • Association of tourism SMEs was established and has participated in three promotion fairs: Expovacaciones, FITUR in Spain and the Fair in Argentina.
  • The participating companies involved in the project have increased their sales by 25%.
