Corporate Social Responsibility throughout the Links of the Value Chain

MEXICO

Considering growing consumer demand for products produced by socially responsible companies and the competitive edge this can bring, being a good corporate citizen counts. This not only goes for the large corporations with recognized brand names, but also for the smaller links in their supply chains which help put together the final product. Led by Mexico’s Universidad Anáhuac, this FOMIN project set out to engage large companies to help SMEs in their respective supply chains to implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) measures, thereby increasing small business competitiveness and sustainability.
