A Fund with Small Entrepreneurs in Mind
Stimulating the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in tough economic times does not come easy. In fact, even when times are good, it is hard for the majority of SMEs in Latin America to access the financing they need to grow their businesses.
The MIF invested in a venture capital fund that has given six companies in Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador the push they needed to keep growing.
