Crafts with a Global Vision
To compete in international markets, businesses have to understand distribution channels, sector tendencies and target market demands. Artisans in three Central American countries – Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua – have chosen to improve their products and techniques in order to reach international markets and increase their sales in the region.

The project supports training in product design and development for over 140 artisans, promoting their access to international markets.
550 microproducers have increased their value added in production by at least 20%.
The beneficiaries are mainly women (60%) in rural areas (90%).
